We are on a quest for motivated customer service and call center reps in our fast-paced Corporate HQ located in Clearwater, FL. No Collections Experience, no problem! We provide proper training to help you succeed. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred but not required.

What You'll Do:

• Communicate with customers via inbound/outbound phone calls daily while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Accept payments, and negotiate with consumers to resolve accounts
• Perform account maintenance and accurately document all customer activity.
