Ginosko Modular is seeking a Master Electrician Team Leader to lead a team of electrical technicians in the factory and on the production line. This hands-on role combines technical expertise with team leadership, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality electrical installations in modular units. You'll collaborate with other skilled trades and play a key role in building the future of modular housing.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and assign tasks to electrical technicians based on production schedules and safety standards
- Interpret shop drawings and collaborate with teams to resolve technical challenges
- Train, mentor, and provide performance feedback to team members
- Estimate tools, materials, and equipment needed for each job
- Install and maintain electrical wiring, systems, fixtures, and hardware in modular units
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations
- Conduct inspections, tests, and quality checks on completed work
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring safety and readiness
- Support a positive, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment
Qualifications :
