Senior Business Analyst

• Work with business partners within one or more business unit to align technology solutions with business strategies.
• Demonstrate an in depth knowledge of a business area in the context of the business client's unit to identify and communicate how IT solutions can strategically assist and support.
• Supports one or more highly complex business processes, requiring design or integration of technical solutions that may cross multiple functions of the business.
• Serve as a project team member or team lead, as needed.
• Responsible for coordinating the collection, analysis and translation of requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support product owners in prioritizing the product backlog based on business value.
• Align IT resources and processes in order to meet the client organization's needs, as well as the design of enterprise solutions.

Requirements :

Required Skills : -5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and / or Business Systems Analyst preferably in Banking or Financial Services -Experience with RESTful API's and backend systems -Agile experience (Jira / ADO) -Excellent Communication
