- A Full-Time opening (30-35 hours / week) varying between 8am-6pm in center. May also require in home coverage
- Part-time opening (10 / week) varying between 4-6 : 30 pm in home Wheatridge and Littleton
- Full-time opening (35-40 hours / week) varying 8 am - 6 pm in center, school, home Arvada and Lakewood
- Part-time opening (15 hours / week) varying 12-6 pm inschool / home Arvada / Denver

As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will work directly with children using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and positive reinforcement. Youll help build communication, social, play, daily living, and pre-academic skills in home, school, and community settings playing a direct role in each childs success.
Key Responsibilities
Implement 1 : 1 ABA intervention programs in home, school, or community settingsObserve, collect, and record data on client behaviorTeach skills outlined in individualized treatment plansParticipate in regular supervision with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Maintain professional boundaries and clear communication with families and team membersProficient in timely and accurate data collection on tablet or computer.Requirements
At least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 90 days of hirePatience, energy, and a genuine interest in working with childrenAbility to work both independently and as part of a collaborative teamAvailability for a minimum of 10 hours per weekAbility to lift up to 40 lbs and actively participate in play (running, kneeling, standing)Adherence to RBT Ethics Code and company policiesClean background check and positive professional referencesPay Range
