ServiceMaster Services is looking for a self-motivated, results-driven professional to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you'll play a vital role in expanding our market in South Puget Sound region by building relationships, generating new business, and ensuring excellent service for existing clients. Location: Tacoma, WA Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour plus commissions Benefits:

Job duties:

• Identify and pursue new opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Create and present proposals to potential clients.
• Foster relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth service.
• Keep track of opportunities and sales in CRM system.

Qualifications:

• High school Diploma or equivalent (some college or degree preferred)
• Experience in business development or client relations (janitorial or commercial cleaning industry preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM system
• A self-starter with strong organizational skills
• Valid driver's license
• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
