Foster relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth service. Keep track of opportunities and sales in CRM system. High school Diploma or equivalent (some college or degree preferred) Experience in business development or client relations (janitorial or commercial cleaning industry preferred) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM system A self-starter with strong organizational skills Valid driver's license Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
