Mechanic
Role Description:

Responsibilities:
- Perform all levels of preventive maintenance on company vehicles and equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical issues using appropriate tools, equipment, and diagnostic technologies.
- Complete repairs in an accurate, timely, and safety‑focused manner.
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant workspaces that reflect TMS safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with a supportive, experienced maintenance team to ensure fleet readiness.
- Accurately document work performed; uphold company standards and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of diesel repair or general mechanical experience; strong mechanical aptitude required.
- Valid driver’s license required; CDL‑A preferred.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable using a range of mechanical tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair technologies.
- Team‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy for documenting maintenance activities.
- Experience with the Fleetio fleet management system is a plus.
