We are looking for an individual with a firm grip of marketing principles, whether formal (via accredited institution) or informal (self / company-taught, with tangible, identifiable experience). In this position you will be the firm’s liaison working hard to increase overall retention (client acquisition) and company exposure via various platforms and channels including but not limited to social media, keynote speeches, appearances, etc.

Prior content creator experience is highly preferred; you will be working alongside the managing attorney to record, edit and post content online to increase company exposure in relevant markets across the country and across borders alike. The ability to record / draft high quality content and edit using attractive graphics is highly desired for this role. Travel out of town (no more than 25%) capacity required. Residency in Memphis or surrounding areas ideal.

This position is full-time, 90-day probationary period notwithstanding.

Responsibilities

Drafting long and short-term marketing strategies to which all marketing materials are geared towards.

Act as a tangible representative for the firm in all things marketing related.

Maintaining the managing attorney’s marketing calendar, scheduling relevant meetings, and booking appointments.

Maintaining the managing attorney’s social media accounts and supporting marketing efforts.

Tracking and evaluating performance of all marketing channels employed.

Booking travel reservations for yourself, managing attorney, and any other company staff required for marketing purposes.

Resolve issues and communicate effectively.

Conducting and compiling research.

Preparing reports and presentations.

Assist with other ad-hoc administrative and project requirements as needed.

This may include ancillary tasks during travel and transit such as working collaboratively with attorney / s with travel baggage and other gray areas.

Requirements

Thorough knowledge of marketing technologies such as Meta ads manager, algorithms etc.

Thorough knowledge and / or experience of marketing principles

Solid grasp on online content creation (i.e. Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube)

Ability to understand behind-the-scenes marketing algorithms

Ability to present said data in easily comprehensible reports / PowerPoints

Superior time management and organizational skills

Decision-making skills and results-driven approach

Consistent work ethic

Strong attention to detail

A self-starter willing to be proactive and take initiative

Ability to meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure

Compensation : 48k-65k, DPOE

Full health and Dental Benefits

Classification : Full-time, Hourly, Non-exempt

Work Location : Very robust (In-office -roughly 40%, Travel – roughly 15% and the rest in the field (meeting with relevant execs / decision makers, etc.))

May require overtime, however low likelihood.
