Job Description

General Summary :

Provides support to the Manager of Procurement by transporting and delivering items amongst worksites.

Desired / Required Qualifications :

Education : High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid State of Michigan driver's license.

Experience : Previous professional driving experience preferred.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions) :

• Drives CHC vehicles to reach destinations to make deliveries.
• Load vehicles and ensures goods are loaded correctly, taking precautions with hazardous materials.
• Unload and sort items collected along delivery routes.
• Receive messages or materials to be delivered, and information on recipients such as names, locations, telephone numbers, and delivery instructions.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivering goods.
• Deliver documents, packages, and other items between worksites and other locations.
• All other duties as assigned.
