Senior Director of Product Targeting Strategy

Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Director of Product Targeting Strategy , to support a top-tier credit union headquartered in McLean, VA. The Senior Director of Product Targeting Strategy will lead the strategy and execution of targeted marketing campaigns for consumer lending products—credit cards, personal loans, and auto loans—by managing data-driven systems, analytics, and a team of analysts to drive smart growth and profitability.

Responsibilities of the Senior Director of Product Targeting Strategy include :

• Design and lead data-driven targeting strategies to grow consumer lending products across credit cards, personal loans, and auto loans.
• Collaborate with product and analytics teams to develop predictive models and segmentation approaches that enhance campaign performance.
• Establish and manage a test-and-learn framework to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and drive profitable growth.
• Oversee a team responsible for optimizing direct mail, email, and digital marketing campaigns using advanced data insights.
• Evaluate new data sources and platforms to refine targeting strategies and stay ahead of industry trends and technology shifts.
