Location : Gulf Coast Medical Center Fort Myers, FL

Employment Type / Schedule : Full-Time | Day, Evening, and Night Shift Available

Minimum to Midpoint Pay per hour

Who We are Looking For :

  • Experience leading teams in housekeeping, hotel management, retail, restaurant, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for training, developing, and motivating employees.
  • Ability to coordinate daily operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
  • Commitment to excellence and creating a positive work culture.

    • What You will Need :

  • 2+ years of staff management experience (housekeeping, hotel, resort, retail, or restaurant management preferred).
  • 5 years of housekeeping experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; AS / BS in Environmental Services, Management, or related fields preferred.
  • Certifications in safety, HR management, or housekeeping-related fields are a plus!
