Direct Counsel is seeking a Finance Associate Attorney to join a leading California firm in Downtown Los Angeles.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience handling complex finance transactions, including real estate, commercial, securities, and / or asset-backed lending. Broader transactional or bankruptcy experience is also valued.

Qualifications :

Admission to the California Bar

Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting and negotiation skills
