Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Renton, Washington (On-Site)

Job Summary: Our team is excited to welcome a dedicated and proactive Manufacturing Engineer to join a dynamic environment. We are determined to enhance production rates and ensure seamless integration with our engineering and operations teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from initial concept through to implementation, ensuring successful delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process, manufacturing, or tooling improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• 3 or more years of experience working in an engineering discipline.
• Experience in a production environment, demonstrating practical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in engineering change activity assessment and execution of Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA).
