What You’ll Do
Support and guide hourly team members with scheduling, coaching, and performance feedback
Lead with positivity and build a collaborative team culture
Set the tone for hospitality and professionalism on every shift
Assist with daily operations, including opening / closing, food quality, cleanliness, and compliance
Maintain safety and sanitation standards in line with brand and regulatory expectations
Execute procedures efficiently and consistently to ensure smooth shift operations
Interact with guests to ensure high satisfaction and quick resolution of concerns
Elevate the guest experience by promoting seasonal menu items and encouraging return visits
Help manage labor, cost of goods, and daily inventory
Support General Manager in executing restaurant goals and operational improvements
Analyze trends and assist with local marketing and community outreach efforts
Onboard and train new team members on La Madeleine standards and other duties assigned.
Identify rising stars and help build a strong internal talent pipeline
What You Bring to the Table
Experience in restaurant or hospitality leadership
A guest-first, team-focused attitude
Solid problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and lead by example
Food safety knowledge and willingness to work varied shifts
This position operates in a restaurant environment. La Madeleine staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
