Hybrid Work Model

Three days a week in office, combined with flexible remote work.

Responsibilities

• Uncover emerging issues, identify causes, barriers, stakeholders, and related risks.
• Drive innovation through multistakeholder solutions, idea generation, jam sessions, and hackathons.
• Design engineering solutions and validation processes that meet functional, performance, aesthetics, and cost objectives.
• Analyze information, draft engineering standards and specifications, and evaluate their effectiveness within the discipline.
• Develop policies, best?practice case studies, and internal knowledge?sharing sessions.
• Monitor and review HSE KPIs, taking action to improve compliance with HSE policies.
• Recommend complex or innovative technical developments to improve software software infrastructure.
• Lead professional supervision, support practitioners development, and embed reflective practice.
• Manage a portfolio of projects while reporting to senior colleagues.
• Manage important client relationships with guidance from senior colleagues.

$130,000 $216,000 based on location and experience.
