About the Opportunity :
A reputable and growing CPA and advisory firm is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join its Atlanta team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a leadership role where you’ll manage engagements across a variety of industries, mentor junior staff, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives. Ideal candidates will bring at least 5 years of public accounting experience and an active CPA license.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion for a wide range of clients
- Review and finalize financial statements, audit reports, and internal documentation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact
- Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff and seniors, including providing performance feedback
- Identify areas for operational and process improvement, both internally and for clients
- Assist in business development efforts through client retention and expanding existing accounts
- Industry experience in Healthcare and / or Private Equity is a plus
