A company is looking for a Mechanical Claims Adjuster.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a large volume of claims calls, opening and reviewing claims thoroughly
Provide exceptional customer service and manage escalated cases effectively
Adjudicate claims in accordance with contract terms and state requirements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a positive attitude under stress
Ability to operate computer hardware and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
Strong mathematical aptitude and ability to type at least 40 wpm
Experience in automotive mechanical claims or related fields is preferred
ASE Certification or Automotive Service Excellence is a plus
