Key Responsibilities
Lead compensation initiatives and collaborate with various teams to drive compensation strategy and program harmonization
Advise on compensation initiatives, including job architecture, market pricing, and compensation plan strategy
Monitor compliance with compensation laws and regulations, and support workforce planning initiatives
Required Qualifications
At least 7+ years of compensation experience with senior leadership
Bachelor's degree in HR or business-related field or equivalent experience
Solid project management skills in a complex, global environment
Experience with tools such as advanced Excel and People Systems like Workday
A global mindset with an understanding of culture and change management
