Caregiver Position Available

A Place At Home - Papillion is seeking a personable, internally-motivated caregiver to cover the following schedule for our client living in the Bellevue area to start immediately. Must have a valid driver's license, proof of car insurance, clean driving record, pass criminal background and have a minimum six months experience providing senior care. As an A Place At Home caregiver, your average day might include :

• Assisting with personal care, which may include bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.
• Following a prescribed healthcare plan, which may include assisting with exercise and following dietary recommendations.
• Ensuring the client's home is organized according to their needs and that safety measures are in place. You may also assist with light housework.
• Providing emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks.
• Providing mobility assistance, for example helping the client in and out of bed, a chair, or a wheelchair.
• Transporting or escorting the client to medical and other appointments.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and needs.
