Key Responsibilities

Create scalable enablement programs and materials to enhance productivity for technical sales teams

Develop training curricula that improve selling effectiveness and customer engagement skills

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver targeted enablement initiatives and support product launches

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in a SaaS or software company

4+ years of experience in sales enablement or software sales

Experience with AI-powered tools for optimizing sales enablement programs

Familiarity with leading sales methodologies and common LMS platforms

Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
