Job Summary and Responsibilities RN New Graduates:
We are not currently accepting new graduate or new to speciality applications. Our next posting period will be July 1, 2026 for an October 16, 2026 start date. Positions can be found under National Resident RN (<12 months experience as an RN) or RN Transition/Fellowship (>12 months experience as an RN.
The Acute Dialysis Staff Nurse is responsible and accountable for acute dialysis treatments and related duties as prescribed by the Nephrologist and in accordance with CSH policies and procedures. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Community Hospital of San Bernardino It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee shall support Community Hospital of San Bernardino's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the quality improvement/process improvement activities.
Job Requirements- Minimum of 2 years experience in acute and/or chronic dialysis unit.
- BLS & ACLS Certification
- RN License
Scheduling requirements: Flexible with schedule and able to take on call schedule Good communication skills
