Job Summary : Brockton Home Health care Agency iscurrently looking for a full time Home Care Office LPN, also known as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).The LPN will be providing administrative and clinical support, rather thandirect patient care in the home. This role involves tasks like coordinatingcare plans, managing paperwork, review (PA) Prior Authorization beforesubmission to insurance providers, review admission packets for accuracy, andcommunicating with patients and families.

Required Skills :

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Massachusetts.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcarepractices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a home health setting or office setting ispreferred
• Strong communication skills : Both verbal and written, toeffectively communicate with insurance providers, clients and caregivers.
• Time management skills : To effectively handle multipletasks and meet deadlines.
• Computer proficiency : Internet skills, including MicrosoftOffice suite and Axxess experience
