A company is looking for a Project & Communications Co-ordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple initiatives, ensuring clear tracking of actions and timelines
Draft, edit, and publish internal communications while managing communication platforms
Coordinate meeting logistics and prepare necessary documentation for effective stakeholder engagement
Required Qualifications
Higher level education or equivalent experience
3+ years in a similar EA / PA or Project Co-ordinator position
Experience in software, technology, or a global sales-driven organization is advantageous
Proven success supporting remote, global leaders across multiple time zones
Flexibility to support outside normal working hours when necessary
