As the 1115 Waiver Housing Advocate, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through :
Build and maintain strong partnerships with the Department of Social Services (DSS), community-based organizations, and civic groups to facilitate appropriate referrals.
Helping clients determine affordable housing options.
