Family Medicine opening in New York state Located in Middleburgh, NY40 miles to Albany, NY 40150 miles to New York CityA progressive, academic health system in central New York and major teaching affiliate of Columbia University, is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our staff.Job Description & Responsibilities

• Established group of Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians
• Traditional outpatient practice
• Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM
• No OB
• A first call system is in place with a nurse practitioner / physician assistant on call for your patients
• EMR-EPIC
• Loan Repayment may be available through Federal and State Loan Repayment Programs
• Compensation range represent will represent the employer's good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of posting
• Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards
• Sign-on Bonus up to $200,000
