Sales Operations & Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented operator to serve as the dedicated Sales Operations & Logistics Specialist for our client, TeraGanix. In this role, you will be the standalone operational hub, taking complete ownership of their e-commerce, shipping, and financial admin processes. Your core mission is to ensure all back-end operations run seamlessly so the TeraGanix team can focus on growth and strategy. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives on being the go-to expert.

Working Hours : Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm PST.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all Shopify operations : order processing, inventory, and returns.
• Oversee shipping and fulfillment via ShipStation, serving as the main contact for carriers.
• Handle customer service operations related to orders and tracking using Gorgias.
• Manage financial tasks : record payments in QuickBooks, and process A / R and A / P.
• Ensure sales-tax compliance using Avalara and handle affiliate payouts.

Must-Have Qualifications :

Bonus Points : Experience with ShipStation, Gorgias, QuickBooks, or Avalara.
