What you can expect during the interview process:

Your typical work hours will be Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...

• You will provide accounting and clerical support.
• Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
• Prepare bank deposits, and general ledger postings and statements.
• Enter financial transactions in database.
• Research and track accounting or documentation discrepancies.
• Create, edit and prepare reports.
• All other relevant duties to the job.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM...

• Ideally you will have an Associate Degree or relevant certification in accounting.
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.

THE ENVIRONMENT YOU CAN EXPECT...

• You will work in a typical office environment within a manufacturing facility.

Benefits and incentives are available after probationary period of employment, 401k available after 1 year of employment. Team members must meet eligibility requirements to earn incentives and bonuses. Part-time employees are not eligible for benefits, incentives and bonuses.
