Key Responsibilities
Shadow leadership to capture discussions and convert them into organized project briefs
Manage scheduling, communications, and workflows to support leadership efficiency
Build and manage project workflows and track progress on agency initiatives
Required Qualifications
Experience in Executive Assistance, Operations, or Project Management
Advanced working knowledge of Google Sheets for managing complex spreadsheets
Strong organizational skills with experience in managing workflows (Asana preferred)
Energetic and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs
NYC-based candidates are preferred but not required
