As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring our campus remains a safe and comfortable environment for students, staff, and faculty. Pay

Hourly pay starts at $29 / hour based on experience

Schedule

• Full-time Monday through Friday 8am to 4 : 30pm
• Ability to work overtime and be on an on-call rotation

Summary of Duties

As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will be a go-to expert for ensuring the smooth operation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across a diverse mix of new, aging, and historic buildings, including residence halls and apartments. You'll be responsible for :

Physical Demands

Must be able to use a ladder, areal lift platform and all maintenance related equipment and tools. Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds. Bending at the waist, sitting, kneeling, laying horizontally, climbing, frequent walking, etc. as job may require. Ability to work in all weather conditions.
