Key Responsibilities
Leading and developing a team of Project Managers
Overseeing delivery of multiple concurrent client projects
Implementing standardized processes, tools, and metrics to ensure high client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
10+ years of project / program management experience; 5+ years in leadership
Experience with EDI, B2B integrations, or technical onboarding projects is a strong plus
Proven ability to manage complex project portfolios and ensure execution excellence
Strong financial and stakeholder management skills
Results-driven mindset with a focus on operational discipline and continuous improvement
