We are actively seeking a Public Trust-cleared Program Manager with federal small business program expertise to oversee the Defense Health Agency's Mentor-Protg Program (MPP) within the Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). Qualified candidates will manage mentor-protg agreements, coordinate program reviews, and ensure compliance with DoD policy and the Small Business Act while advancing DHA's commitment to small business growth and development. This position is contingent upon contract award. We are currently seeking qualified candidates to include in our proposal for an upcoming government contract. The Mentor-Protg Program Manager will oversee the execution and management of the DHA Mentor-Protg Program (MPP). This position ensures compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, manages agreements, and provides oversight of program reviews, reporting, and budget execution.

Responsibilities :

• Manage all Mentor-Protg Program agreements (MPA), reviews, and compliance activities.
• Conduct needs assessments, draft policy documents, and coordinate internal / external reviews.
• Provide program management oversight for MPP budget and expenditure tracking.
• Develop performance metrics and provide recurring reporting to OSBP leadership.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accountability and alignment with program goals.
• Monitor legislative and acquisition guidance affecting the MPP.
