Their projects include ground up and TI Restaurants, Breweries, Retail and other commercial builds. They are looking for a Project Manager that's driven and wants an opportunity for uncapped growth to join their team.

Job Description

Responsibilities of a Construction Project Manager include :

• Develop project plans, timelines, and schedules, and ensure the align with the client expectations.
• Create and manage the project budget.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate construction workers, architects, and engineers.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
