Cognos Developer

Seeking an

• BI Developer (Cognos)
• to design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions. This role involves creating actionable insights through Cognos and SQL, collaborating with teams, and supporting reporting tools administration.
• Requirements :
• Hands-on Cognos & SQL experience
• (report writing 1-3 years minimum).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, SSRS) and ERP systems preferred.
• Responsibilities :
• Develop and maintain Cognos reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Translate business requirements into secure, accurate reporting solutions.
• Write ad-hoc queries and support data warehouse strategies.
• Preferred :
• Advanced Cognos report writing and visualization experience.
• Familiarity with finance / accounting concepts.

Specified productivity speed / number of tasks / amount of material : New / Modified Reports : 30+

Time frame for completion : 6 Month Contract

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00 / hr.
