Our client is seeking a Technical Account Supervisor – CRM who can bridge client account management with hands-on technical CRM operations expertise. This role will be responsible for overseeing campaign execution, managing client communications, and providing technical guidance across Adobe Campaign (Classic v7 & v8) and related CRM platforms.
The ideal candidate will bring strong account service experience combined with a solid understanding of HTML, campaign operations, and CRM workflows – ensuring strategic alignment with client objectives while driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate end-to-end CRM campaign execution, from segmentation through QA and delivery. Including ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and at the highest quality.
- Apply working knowledge of HTML for email content review and troubleshooting.
- Understand Adobe Campaign workflow development and assist in error resolution.
- Monitor execution logs, reporting outputs, and delivery results to maintain governance.
- Support ongoing platform migration efforts (Adobe Campaign Classic v7 → v8) and contribute to process documentation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of account management or client service experience in digital marketing, CRM operations, or marketing technology.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Adobe Campaign preferred; Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar is a plus).
- Working knowledge of HTML and email QA.
- Familiarity with campaign workflow design, segmentation, and CRM reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
