This role is an exciting opportunity to shape and implement marketing strategies from the ground up.

The Program Manager plays a key role in ensuring client programs and orders are executed accurately, efficiently, and on time. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for process excellence. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, systems, and structure taking pride in building and maintaining clean, reliable workflows that support both the client experience and internal efficiency.

Key responsibilities include :

• Manage day-to-day operations for assigned client programs and ensure all orders flow accurately through the system.
• Review order details for accuracy, including pricing, quantities, decoration methods, ship dates, and POs.
• Partner with Account Managers, Account Coordinators, and CSR teams to clarify details and proactively resolve issues.
