A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Enablement Manager - Customer Success Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement dynamic training content and programs for Customer Success teams to meet strategic learning goals
Evaluate training effectiveness and provide actionable feedback to improve enablement initiatives and measure impact on key performance indicators
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain role-specific training materials and ensure alignment with business objectives
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in training content design or Learning and Development, preferably in a SaaS environment
Strong understanding of SaaS business motions and the customer lifecycle
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and content authoring tools
Proven ability to drive process improvements and identify innovative learning solutions
Background in education or corporate training preferred
