Qualifications for the Junior Treasury Analyst :

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (recent graduates encouraged to apply)

0 to 2 years of experience in accounting

Strong understanding of accounting principles

Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Responsibilities of the Junior Treasury Analyst :

Accurately post and reconcile daily cash transactions

Prepare and maintain daily cash reports and weekly cash forecasts

Build and manage relationships with banking partners

Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly

Conduct research to identify and correct variances

Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with internal controls
