Material Handler

Schedule : 5AM-3 : 30PM

Job Summary

The Material Handler II is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring materials are delivered to required areas in a timely and efficient manner. This role supports manufacturing and assembly operations while adhering to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform material movements both physically and within the ERP system
• Generate and process work orders and work order receipts in the ERP system
• Conduct cycle counts as required to ensure inventory accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support the coordination and flow of materials through manufacturing and assembly operations
• Work effectively within a cross-functional team environment
• Handle chemicals as required, following proper training and safety procedures (chemicals primarily include isopropyl alcohol and sulfuric acid; no high-hazard materials)
• Work overtime as required to meet business needs
• Support company initiatives and comply with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and regulatory requirements
• Comply with FDA regulations, company policies, operating procedures, and task assignments
• Maintain positive and cooperative communication with employees, customers, contractors, and vendors
• Perform other related duties as assigned
