What You’ll Do:

• Represent clients in workers' compensation matters across all stages of litigation

• Conduct depositions, hearings, and court appearances

• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements

• Perform legal research and provide actionable, strategic legal advice

• Maintain timely and proactive communication with clients

• Collaborate with internal teams and follow firm protocols for case documentation

• Negotiate settlements effectively and ethically

What We’re Looking For:

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Active California State Bar license

• 2+ years of experience in workers’ compensation defense required

• Strong litigation, research, and writing skills

• Comfort working with legal technology and case management platforms

• Ability to manage a full caseload independently

• Strong client management and communication skills
