Salary :

Bayland Buildings is actively seekingConcrete Tradespeopleto work alongside crew members to complete the Concrete Walls / Foundations of our projects in Green Bay and neighboring areas. This position includes full-time employment, year-round work, complete with competitive compensation and benefits, and the opportunity to be part of our employee-owned company!

Core Responsibilities :

• Work with crew members performing concrete walls / foundations on Commercial, Industrial & Agricultural projects
• Understand and follow a safe and quality work culture
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions.

Key Qualifications :

Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work

Willingness to travel

Ability to lift heavy objects regularly (0-50 lbs ground to shoulder, 0-80 lbs ground to carry height)

Ability to perform physical labor

Ability to operate hand / power tools and equipment

Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
