Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
•Knowledge of leave of absences and disability management programs
• Basic understanding of state and federal laws concerning disability management and the general principles governing collective bargaining agreements
• Experience utilizing HRIS systems
• Prior experience with data entry and database management
• Prior HR experience
Preferred Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
• Prior experience with Workday highly preferred
Human Resource Analyst Job Responsibilities:
• Communicate with employees, management, and other HR teams, acts in a support capacity in FMLA, ADA, Workers’ Compensation and leave of absences
• Ensure that management understands the employer’s responsibilities with regard to federal and state leave mandates
• Assist in caseload management, organizes priorities and provides timely intervention to ensure that quality standards for case management are met
• Receive, track, and manage documentation, notification, correspondence, and administrative details related to leaves and case management activities
• Compile, review, and analyze data for follow-up as required with unit staff as well as for presentation of reports and recommendations to senior leadership
