As a structural welder in our evergreen industry, you will have the chance to define how our brand connects quality and resources with our customers. We are looking for a visionary who looks to build their future in a permanent, full-time position, provide an exceptional customer experience and leave a legacy in the heavy industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

ability to fabricate, Stick, read prints/shop drawings, structural plate, carbon steel; maintenance and repair; oxygen and acetylene cutting; basic rigging and reading a tape measure.

Must Haves:

Previous welding and fabricating experience
Willing to work a 40-hour shift Monday through Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm
Ability to work in a steel mill
Previous MIG/Stick welding
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, field installations, and understand specifications for building structures
Ability to read a tape measure

Nice to Haves:

Good math skills
Completed work should be neat in appearance and operate properly
Strong verbal and written communications skills
