Summary of Job Description :
The ServiceNow Developer works on technical aspects of the ServiceNow application, integrating with other business solutions and interfaces with both internal IS teams and Business stakeholders. This position provides technical insight in designing, configuring and supporting ServiceNow while aligning to Service Management best practices.
Job Responsibilities :
- Identifies and analyzes business services, applications, and configuration items. Builds relationship mappings in ServiceNow CMDB with Discovery Tools and Service Mapping in serving ServiceNow modules including ITOM, Hardware Asset, Virtual Agent, Change, Problem, Certificate, Incident etc.
- Supports all technical aspects and tool solution delivery, including application UI configuration, workflow configuration, scripting, API, and system integration of ServiceNow with other business applications (e.g., Infor Workday, POS Systems, Active Directory, SSO, automated system monitoring tools, etc.).
- Plans and conducts the analysis of complex business issues to be solved with process changes and information systems. Works closely with business users to resolve ongoing functional issues. Implements changes to the ITIL process.
- Maintains technical expertise and keeps current with relevant industry standards and best practices in ServiceNow for future development strategies and drives the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on business user experiences.
- Develops technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that they meet the client's needs and are aligned with ITIL, ITSM, ITOM, GRC, SPM, and CMDB best practices. Collaborates with other developers to ensure that code is developed and maintained according to best practices.
- Documents knowledge articles following the Knowledge processes, and conducts training on the ServiceNow platform for management, IS, and end users.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Communication, Electronic Engineering or related fieldITIL Foundation certificationServiceNow Administrator / Developer CertificationCertified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist & Certified ServiceNow Developer preferred.5+ years as a Service Management professional configuring core modules (Incident, Change, Service Catalog, Asset, CMDB)Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.Pay Range : P3 : $90,000 - $126,500 / Annual
