Responsibilities

As an Outfitter, you are the heart and sole of the Fleet Feet experience. Your mission is to deliver exceptional service while recommending gear and products that help customers achieve their goalsno matter what their finish line looks like.

You'll be part of a dynamic, high-energy team that values relationships and thrives on making a difference in the lives of others. By listening closely, learning proactively, and offering personalized solutions, youll play a key role in building lifelong customers and creating an unforgettable in-store experience.

Provide an outstanding customer experience through personalized service and attention :

• Build meaningful connections with customers, vendors, and teammates
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate gear, products, and training programs
• Support all store initiatives, events, and community outreach efforts
• Maintain product knowledge to educate and inform customers
• Stay adaptable and ready to go above and beyond as needed
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
