Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Security Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for protecting our organization's network infrastructure from security threats by designing, implementing, and monitoring security measures and protocols. You will play a key role in maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company systems and data.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and manage secure network solutions to protect against unauthorized access, modification, or destruction.
• Configure firewalls, VPNs, IDS / IPS systems, and other security appliances.
• Monitor network traffic for suspicious behavior and respond to incidents in real-time.
• Conduct regular network and system vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Maintain and update security policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure network and system security best practices are being followed.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external security standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
• Respond to and investigate security breaches, providing root cause analysis and remediation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other departments on security-related matters.
