Lead Machine Learning Model Architect

A company is looking for a Lead of Modeling / Deputy to Head of ML.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and evolution of the Model Architecture Portfolio for ML models

Build and maintain training pipelines and define validation protocols for model performance

Lead and mentor a team of ML researchers and modeling engineers, ensuring high standards for modeling quality

Required Qualifications

7+ years in machine learning, with 3+ years in quantitative finance or financial ML

Deep knowledge of ML models and strong statistical background

Experience in building real-time or near-real-time ML systems and pipelines

Familiarity with market microstructure and order book data

Experience leading technical teams and driving modeling strategy
