Job Description

Serve as the dedicated HRBP for the Energy & Commodities business. Partner with senior MDs and business leadership. Implement strategic HR plans and initiatives across client groups. Advise on organizational design, restructures, and change management. Coach leaders on people challenges and interventions. Support culture and conduct initiatives. Lead and support initiatives across the full HR lifecycle : employee relations, performance management, talent mapping, succession planning, and organizational design. Travel quarterly. Commute to the office 3 days a week in Metuchen, NJ.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Business Partner (HRBP) should have :

• 10+ years of HR experience, ideally in financial services, energy, commodities, or trading
• An interest in joining a collaborative global HR team and working on interesting growth projects
• Strong HR generalist foundation with strategic business partnering experience
• Experience supporting front-office or trading populations
• Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and operating in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive and energized personality, ready to join a team and company with amazing culture
