Prior experience in skilled nursing care in a homecare setting is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities :

• Patient Care Documentation : Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of patients' medical histories, treatments, and progress.
• Vital Signs Monitoring : Accurately take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, and respiratory rate, ensuring thorough documentation.
• Patient Assessment : Monitor and observe patients for progress, side effects from medications, and any changes in condition.
• Personal Care Support : Provide assistance with daily living activities such as eating, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene, always maintaining dignity and respect.
• Medical Procedures : Administer prescribed medications, injections, and treatments such as enemas, wound care, and other routine medical tasks.
• Emotional Support : Offer emotional support and comfort to patients, ensuring they feel cared for and heard during their treatment.
• Family Communication : Communicate with patients' families to provide updates, advice, and comfort, while also delivering necessary care instructions.
