A well-established and respected law firm is seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney to join its growing practice in a fully remote capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for a California Bar–admitted attorney with 1–5 years of litigation experience who is looking to gain hands-on responsibility while maintaining flexibility and work-life balance.

What You’ll Do

• Handle insurance defense matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
• Take and defend depositions; participate in hearings, mediations, and trials
• Analyze liability and damages and develop effective case strategies
• Communicate directly with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
• Collaborate with partners and team members in a fast-paced litigation environment
