• Compensation :
• 30% of net production – tiered to 35%
• Implement practice policies, protocols, and processes
• Educate patients and promote preventative oral health
• Perform a wide range of dental treatments
• Current dental license
• (PA)
• DEA registration
• 1–2 years of experience preferred (but new grads welcome!)
